Benjamin Fredeman Calitz (born 6 July 2002) is a Canadian-born Irish cricketer, currently playing for the Northern Knights in domestic cricket.[2]
Career
Calitz played for Canada national under-19 cricket team.[3] In December 2019, he was named in Canada under-19 team for the 2020 Under-19 Cricket World Cup.[4]
Calitz made his T20 debut for Northern Knights, in the 2024 Inter-Provincial Trophy, on 8 May 2024.[5] He made his List A debut for Northern Knights in the 2024 Inter-Provincial Cup, on 9 May 2024.[6]
Calitz made his first-class debut for Ireland A against Afghanistan A on 7 April 2025.[7] In September 2025, Calitz earned maiden call-up for national team of Ireland for their T20I series against England.[8][9][10][11]
