The 2022 Kansas Insurance Commissioner election was held on November 8, 2022, to elect the Insurance Commissioner of Kansas. Incumbent Republican Vicki Schmidt won re-election to a second term, defeating Democratic candidate Kiel Corkran.[1][2]
Schmidt outperformed every other Republican on the same ticket. This was the only Kansas statewide election where Johnson County voted for the Republican nominee.
