ICE List is a website that was established in June 2025 created by Dominick Skinner, an immigration activist from Ireland living in the Netherlands,[1] that compiles a database and wiki publishing personal information, names, addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers of ICE agents. As of January 2026, the site has published the names of 4,500 people alleged to be involved with ICE.[2]

Several hours after the release of the Department of Homeland Security employee data leak, ICE List was taken down by a direct denial of service attack. It was widely speculated to have originated from Russia; however, the site's owner stated that due to the use of proxies, it was impossible to determine the source. He also stated that an attack of that length was "sophisticated".[3]
