Kenneth F. Harper (January 15, 1931 – November 21, 2025) was an American politician from the state of Kentucky. He served in the Kentucky House of Representatives from 1964 to 1968 and from 1982 to 1995, as a Republican.[1][2] Harper also served as Secretary of State of Kentucky from 1971 to 1972.[3] He was a United States Air Force veteran of the Korean War.
Harper attended the Kentucky Military Institute and University of Kentucky.[3]
Harper died on November 21, 2025, at the age of 94.[4]
