Lissie Habié (also known as Elizabeth Habie Denburg; 1954–2008) was a Guatemalan photographer.[1]
Her work is in included the collections of the Brooklyn Museum,[1] the Lehigh University Art Galleries,[2][3][4] the Centre Pompidou, Paris,[5] the Pérez Art Museum Miami, Florida, and the Museum of Fine Arts Houston.[6][7]
Habié was married to photographer Mitchell Denburg.[8] They have two daughters, Jessica Habie (a filmmaker)[9][10] and Jamie Denburg Habie (a photographer),[10] as well as multiple foster daughters.[8][10]
