Saint Euphrosyne Polotsk State University (Belarusian: Полацкі дзяржаўны ўніверсітэт імя Ефрасінні Полацкай; Russian: Полоцкий государственный университет имени Евфросинии Полоцкой) is a public university in Novopolotsk and Polotsk, Belarus.
The university is named after Saint Euphrosyne of Polotsk, the daughter of the prince of Polotsk.

1580年、ポロツクにイエズス会大学が設立されました。1812年1月12日、ロシア皇帝アレクサンドル1世の勅令により、大学はポロツク・イエズス会アカデミーと改称されました。アカデミーは1812年から1820年まで運営され、ベラルーシ初の高等教育機関となりました。
1968年7月14日、ベラルーシ工科大学（BPI）ノヴォポロツク支部が設立されました。1969年2月10日、ベラルーシ工科大学に改称されました。その後、1974年1月1日、ベラルーシ・レーニン主義青年共産主義者同盟にちなんで、ノヴォポロツク工科大学となりました。1993年9月14日、同大学はポロツク国立大学に改組されました。
2005年以来、歴史・文献学部はポロツクの旧イエズス会大学に置かれており、続いて2008年に情報技術学部が置かれました。
2016年現在、法学部と体育・教育学部はメジュドゥレチエに拠点を置いている。
シンボル
大学の紋章には、ポロツクにあるイエズス会大学の元の建物が描かれている。[ 5 ]大学歌は、ベラルーシの詩人ヒエナツ・ブラウキンによって2003年に書かれた。
